Break-ins inside Smoothie building

A man somehow got into the Smoothie building at around 6 p.m. on June 5 and attempted to break into two apartments. Both times he was interrupted by resident. Police were called to the scene but the man was nowhere to be found. The suspect is a tall, lanky, light-skinned African-American man in his 40s or 50s. Bald, no facial hair, wearing a white striped dress shirt and carrying a black bag of tools.
